It should continue the mission, if nothing goes wrong . So make sure all the sensors are turned on. One way to test it is to do a short range low level route and turn off the controller , and see if it continues this may work
The drone knows the mission plan so the connection to the controller is not needed, as long as it has a gps lock there’s no problem. Once the mission has started it should execute even if the RC out of range
if you hold the drone in the same position , you can start video after the photo has been. And then join the clips later. I’m sure DJI go will allow this
The only way it may work is automatic flight, and programme when to video and when to take photo Then restart the video. Not ideal but may be one solution. I just tried to create a mission and it works
