Hello, Is it legal to take photos of Christmas lights at night (after the 30 minute window) from a drone? What if you were to post such a photo to twitter/fb? Are you just putting yourself in hot water by doing such a thing? (Regardless if you have a night waiver or not) Thanks!

Great video! Just so you know, you need a permit to fly a drone in any NYS state park. And the permit requires you to have insurance. It’s also a one-time use permit. believe me, I found this out the hard way. I was flying in Seneca lake state park and was spoken to a park ranger.
