My response would be: "if you have a problem with me flying here, call the police". I am not under any obligation to explain myself to anyone except a law enforcement officer. For that person only, would I go through any explanations or provide documentation.

I am completely shocked you would be allowed to fly that close to the Parliament (is that the right word) buildings. If you flew a drone that close to the Capital building there would be serious repercussions.

I'm curious about why the aircraft was at 1500 feet agl. That's manned aircraft altitude, and unless I am mistaken highly illegal. I have flown a manned aircraft at 1000 feet agl many times and a helicopter at 500 feet regularly.

You must maintain a minimum altitude of 200' agl to fly over a National Park. That would preclude UAVs because of our altitude limitation.
