Mavic Pro 1 here. 1,0,0 and D-Cinelike. Seems to work pretty good for me and I usually only have to adjust a little in Premiere Elements.

You're right, I forgot all about Smoky Hill bombing range west of Salina. They have open house usually once a year where the public can go out and watch strafing / bombing runs. It's a great place to visit when it's open. Where I live, we intermittently get to see and hear neat things in the sky...

New guy here - I just wanted to say that this just BLOWS MY MIND that this type of tech is available to hobbyists. Incredible. Looks like I've got some studying to do.

Another Tab S2 owner here with the latest 800 update and no problems so far. Have owned and flown the mavic for a couple months.
