    I>m a HOA Board member. In order to introduce a "restriction" like yours it has to be voted upon by all the home owners & pass by a 60% margin. I suggest rereading your HOA documents & see if a similar rule to "Amend" the rules, Good Luck, TonyK

    Not all Restricted Areas are permanent. My local college becomes a Temporary Restricted Area on the day a football game is played starting 2 or 3 hours prior to game time & extends well past the time the game has finished. You have to read the NOTAM.
