He was in C mode so.... about 3 feet per second max rate.

Also, Mini 3 pro in normal mode has max descent speed of 6 feet per second. Our man Meta has shown in the flight data, altitude changes of 4 and 5 feet in a span of .1 or .2 of a second. Those changes were ascent and descent. Mini can't do it.
