I've had this twice on consecutive flights. I have since gone back to the SD card that came with the Mavic and I had no issue at all, going from an empty SD card to filling it. I am going to keep an eye on it as I was flying far away with goggles so losing the video feed could be errr...

I thought they felt insecure, no slippage but definitely felt insecure. I ratcheted it down a bit more and it feels much better now!

Yes wearing goggles you have no idea what the signal strength from control to magic is. Sucks a bit....

I'm 42, and I can use it without my glasses, but I have to get the IPD just right. They are definitely at my absolute minimum focusing distance. I predict that in less than a year I may need glasses with them... Whoever designed them to focus so close was clearly blind! PS. I am short sighted...

I bought a Mavic Pro 3 weeks ago, I immediately upgraded to .700 firmware, I've now upgraded to the .800 firmware and I've hjad zero issues! It's that good I just ordered by DJI Goggles! Go for it, you probably will not regret it!

Well seeing as the Mavic is just running Android, I'd be surprised if it's much more complicated than a cell phone, with added speed controllers for 4x motors, to be honest... :-) Think if it as an iPhone with propellers! ;-) But it definitely generates more heat!

I can take-off fine and fly with strong verbage... It doesn't seem to care... I've done 2x flights where it "demands" to update the NFZ's, but it seems fine to fly regardless...

Thanks all for the warm welcome! We are in Santa Clara County, but not the usual Silicon Valley area. We happen to be surrounded by vineyards where we live, so definitely on my to-do list! I've never done any videography, so I'm doing a lot of firsts... I'll post my first ever Mavic Video in...

Hi from NorCal! I've been a "Mavic Pilot" for ~2 weeks now, and loving it! Nothing too adventurous yet! Just filming the kids and some fantastic natural scenery, and learning a lot!
