    based on a wildlife documentary I saw recently fish detected birds and lept out of the water to grab them mid air. Not sure if its just eyesight or if they detect the birds from vibrations/sound? Blue Planet 2: Giant fish leaps from sea and catches bird | Daily Mail Online

    Approx 1500M/S in water 340M/S in air. This varies with depth salidity etc but approx 4 times faster in water, and very difficult as a result to ascertain direction.

    Platinum Props Louder?!

    I've just ordered some of the Platinum props so I hope it was a 1 off. I was told the majority of the noise on the standard Mavic Pro is from the motors and not the blades, so platinum blade performance enhancement noise wise is negligible anyway.

    Got airborne today at Bertha's beach approx 20 min drive from Mount Pleasant and got a few snaps along the beach. Just a flight to ensure the GPS and Compass Cal was ok really while the sun was out and the wind low. More to follow as I get more. Helicopter ride to Volunteer point yesterday...

    landed here this week with work and have my trusty Mavic Pro with me. Hoping when the wind allows to get some footage before I go home. Seems to be windy everyday though!! What is the limit in MPH for flying?

    Am I correct in saying that in the UK the CAA have an exemption for FPV flying? General exemption E4185 with a competent observer and a number of other conditions you can fly out of sight.
