You do realize there is a difference between the country USA and it's administration, don't you? Many millions of Americans love their country but hate it's administration. Even the founding fathers knew to never trust their government.

Which explains why so many doctors in the US are from foreign countries. Who can blame them? Earn multiple times the amount of money they would have in their home country, and escape some of the armpits of the world to boot.
