I get an "error" message when i try to renew my DJI Mavic Air 2 DJI Care Refresh for a second year. The message reads: "
Invalid username! Your username must be at least 4 characters long, Alphanumerics only."

Thanks for the help. I was just able to reset something that had moved to default after my update earlier. Things work well now. I appreciate your helpful response. I think I did accidentally touch the wrong icon. :-)

Thank you. With your advice and that of two other members I was just able to "fix" a problem with lateral movement. I though it was a mechanical problem. It was not. It was adjusting avoidance settings in the app. I really though I was a goner on this one. Bless you...

Same here. I have not heard DJI even acknowledge its screw up, let alone offer or announce a fix or firmware rollback. I can't fly my Mavic Air 2 safely or with confidence any more. Like others, it cost me over $1,000!!!! If I lost it, I be DJI would not refund me or replace the drone...
