Mavic 2 or Skydio 2, that is the question.

Cool. I'll do my own research, then.

Mavic 2 or Skydio 2, that is the question.

Yes. Found in this thread, and other places: https://www.dcrainmaker.com/images/2019/10/image-quality-report.pdf. Granted, it's only one, but I've seen several other reviews that really praised the video portion of the Skydio 2 camera, mostly for the lack of noise. Noise is a huge problem...

Mavic 2 or Skydio 2, that is the question.

My research has found that the M2P is about $500 more than the Skydio 2 for an equal package that fits my needs. The cheapest places for both are their own manufacturer websites. Anywhere else has a bunch of add-ons that I don't need. I've found no discounted prices of either. Most places...

Mavic 2 or Skydio 2, that is the question.

Rumor of FAA restriction on use of drone photos

Ours doesn't, and I'm in a decently sized city. Most of the Realtors around here just take photos with their phones, and some just buy drones and do the shots themselves.

FAA Part 107 sUAS Recurrent Test ~

I took my recurrent in March. I tried to put it in the IACRA, but it never came up. So I called my proctor, and she told me we just have to keep the paper she printed with the pressed out seal. I have a waterproof hard case for my Mavic, so I put the paper in there, and I take it with me...

    Checking in from Las Vegas

Thanks, dirkclod. I've actually been lurking around this forum for some time now, just never posted. The information I've gleaned here has been nearly priceless.

    Checking in from Las Vegas

Hello, everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brett Gentry. I've owned my Mavic Pro since early 2017, and I love it. As soon as I ordered it back in late 2016, I began studying for my Part 107 so that I could do commercial work. So far, it has paid for itself, but just...
