I lost communication with my drone and it fell from the sky when I found it the battery was hot and so was the day in July it had separated from the drone I think you are on to something about the air temperature.

I I contacted dji after a lengthy delay **** virus sent it back looks like it is covered under warranty any else know of the problem I had with losing communication and failing for the sky

I check it and it said no activity.

My mavic 2 zoom and batteries are about 7 months old. Has anyone had to deal with the refresh program and if so did it turn ok, also with this virus I wonder how the turn around time is.

May be, but the battery look fine when I installed it because i’m aware of the swollen battery issue, thanks for your response. I have dji refresh and will contact them in the am, hope it works out.

It fell about 100 feet and the battery was about 5 feet away and the drone has a lot damage it apears battery failure may be the cause it was split apart and very hot to the touch, has any one else seen this
