    Zoom lens for Mavic Air?

Since my previous post, I was able to get the cap off my M.A. Being able to switch to different filtered lenses makes a great difference. Also, I have thought that it would be nice to be able to zoom, but johnnybflyguy is right. A lens like that would be a bit heavy for such a small bird.

    Potential scam

I think that they are a scam. Looking at their website page code, I see a line item for a fake counter for current visitors. Also that little box that pops up at the lower left corner of the page is written into the code as well with predetermined items. No one has actually purchased any of...

Will Smart Controller From Asia Work In USA?

This is true. Also with what ff22 said. This is one reason why I purchased while I was in Hong Kong. The other reason was that I didn't want the Chinese version of the software installed which usually defaults to Mandarin. I live in China and have a China phone number. When I activated it, I...

Will Smart Controller From Asia Work In USA?

Plugs sold with the charging units are region specific according to where they are sold. I purchased mine in Hong Kong. I got a plug for Hong Kong. I live in China. I had to purchase a plug from DJI for China. Which by the way is the same one used in the USA.

    Mavic Air survives ten-story fall

I flew my MA from my 6th floor balcony in China. Had to disable the sensors first. First time I tried, I had to hand catch it just off the balcony because the sensors wouldn't allow my MA to get too close to the inside wall of my balcony. A little scary because I only owned the drone for several...

    A stupid question

The only stupid question is the one not asked.

    Mavic air ND filters

Glad you asked. I am also having trouble taking off the lens cap on my Mavic Air. I thought that it would unscrew as a normal bottle cap would. However, no matter how hard I try, it doesn't unscrew. I'm afraid of breaking the camera or the gimbal. I have not purchased ND filters yet because of...

Please Critique My Real Estate Video - ME Pro & Gh5 With Ronin S

Nice job! Portrays the house nicely. However, I agree with Mossiback on his first comment where he says "• I am not a fan of the rapid movement from one scene to the next, but that is a personal preference. I prefer the cross fade." Sudden transitions from scene to scene is a little hard on the...

    Family Picture

Film flying each of your drones in front of a green screen, one at a time. Then superimpose each of them over a background video of the sky, taken while flying one of your drones. Done right, no one would know they were separate videos.

    Charging the Mavic Air controller

It depends on how far down you drain the controller. I've topped off the controller when there were only three lights showing and it took about fifteen minutes. If you drain the controller down to a light or so, it could take close to an hour to re-charge.

    Zoom lens for Mavic Air?

I'm having the problem of just unscrewing the cap on my MA so that I can add a filter. I'm trying to unscrew it (counter-clockwise), but it wont budge.I'm afraid of breaking the camera or gimbal.

Has anyone had any issues with there Air when they have taken it overseas?

I have a new Mavic Air. Purchased it in Hong Kong. I am an American that owns a business near Shanghai, China. I brought it home and everything worked fine. IMU and calibrations worked on first calibration. On the first of the year, I'm traveling back to the States for both business and...
