recently when using RTH the AC will get approximately 12”/18” above the landing pad and a message comes up- unable to safely land. Use manual controls to land. I use auto launch with precice landing point. The landing pad is 30” in diameter on cement driveway with nothing near it. No vehicles...

That is what I thought. I used the app because DJ I tutorial made it sound like it would do ithe RC and AC simultaneously. I’m assuming if it did not update both you would get a warning of inconsistent firmware.

Thanks. When I get that warning I generally lower my altitude and that removes the warning. My philosophy is conservative better safe than crashed.
