Next time it happens I will keep better notes. I just remember I had to call DJI and some Kid in China walked me through it. I am going to make a point of firing it up every 2-3 weeks. How much does freezing weather effect the battery?

Not sure exactly what happens, but after not using the drone for a month or so, it will not fly. I have to go back to DJI and reconnect. And I can't find my notes that tell me how. I was hoping somebody would tell me how to make a permanent connection.

Well I got customer support, and they got me working after about an hour. They had me do the same stuff I had already done??????? But now it is working, er flying. Thank you all for the help. Kids maybe right, 85 may be too old for these toys! Bill

I am connected to the aircraft and can move the gimbal with the controller. But I am still getting "Account not logged in". If I check for updates I am getting "Network connection required". When I went to DJI website and signed in I was greeted with a strange user name, not my e-mail??????

Logged into the DJI account and changed the password. Now I am getting a "no network" message? Why me Lord? I am going back to my account and see what they say.
