I have the DJI OEM 65W charger which has built in lead and batteries take 3.5 hours in the charging hub for all 3 from about 10/15% to full charge. Brands like Anker on Amazon do pretty good stuff

Are you using phone charger type power blocks with horribly low output power ? You need one that outputs at least 65 Watts to charge at the ideal rate.
