I wish there would be underclocked mode for working with memory with usb, really stupid to run everything full blast when im only reading memory.

MA should record at 100Mb/s which is about 12,5MB/s, i see no reason to require U3. What i was thinking is that i have a very fast card that will give a warning and a slower one that wont. But the slower is specced as U1 and the faster only class 10, so maybe thats why the warning appears?

I have Samsung pro 32GB that writes 75MB/s according to blackmagic sd test tool. Air will give a warning that it is not suitable for 4K video. However, my 64GB sandisk extreme that writes only 60MB/s is perfectly fine. Is MA just programmed to check SD type instead of actual write speed?

Battery time not much better than flying, unfortunately. Fans start soon blasting full speed, i guess the mobo+gfx chip are hot by design, and LiPo:s are hot by nature. But yes, some close-ups works fine with holding MA in hand.

Ofcourse not a huge problem, but now i dont know when there IS an extra stuff sitting on my drone. I keep prop guard because i fly a lot near bushes and trees, its possible that my drone gets some extra twig hanging there some day.

I did fly my air 50m high in gust wind well over 6m/s in freezing -3c and did not see any shaking, i might try night shots when i find something worth it.

Oh well, but then again, you could as well upgrade to actual ultralight plane when you start having permits like that :) Now i feel germany's fire-proof name tag is quite reasonable.

BTW have you found out what are the rules for pros there? I happen to have a small company and was considering to get a pro permit, to specifically fly over big crowds, but the insurances were expensive. You have to ask permission every time then but here its easy to get.

THAT is, i hope, going to change if rules are unified as planned. Now in finland if you are hobbyist (not professional photographer) and quad is under 3kg you have to fly under 150m, keep line of sight, not fly over big crowds like concert audiences, have your name on the drone and have to have...

Hot **** hell! In finland i think it has to weight 150kg before its that tough. But in the end of the year we will have, or should have, same regulations in the whole EU. So i guess yours will loosen and ours tighten. :)

I just took a piece of transparent tape and then wrote my info on thin paper & cut it 1/3 height of the tape and stick to tape: voila, a sticker!

I get warned of extra weight onboard every time. I have always kept propellerguards on. Is that normal?
