I had the same issue with my Mavic 2 Pro. After talking with customer support they replaced it with a new drone.

Happy to report the problem was covered by the original warranty. The product was replaced and returned in less than 14 days.

Thanks for the comment. I am sending it in tomorrow. I was wanting to make sure I didn't have a camera setting wrong before I went through the replacement process with DJI.
