During the 7 days after ordering I have used the Chat facility several times, on both 'tech' and order queries.
I found I was unable to respond to their initial welcome when using my preferred Mozilla Firefox browser (v51.0.1, on Windows 10).
Using Internet Explorer worked.

DJI needs to hire more chat support staff i just waited a hour to try to ask a question but apparently I wasn't looking at it, I didn't hear any sound alerts, and i lost my spot, now have to wait another hour.
anyway I am trying to figure out why in the spot on DJI go where it shows top speed...
