gimbal broken

I have to replace my Damper bracket because one of the arms broke with a minor-ish crash (JangYao Damper Bracket). I have the new bracket attached to the Camera, but I am having trouble inserting the rubber mounts; I've been using the tools in the pic. What are some tricks and/or other tools...

I am replacing the Gimbal Damper bracket; minor crash broke one of the arms (Original DJI Mavic 4 Pro Gimbal Camera Damper Board Upper Bracket). I am stuck with trying to get the rubber mounts into the holes of the bracket, has anyone got a trick for this?
