My Air 3s came with the 3 battery charging hub, a cable, but no wall charger plug. All regular chargers I hook up do not charge the batteries, including my Ultra Fast 80W OnePlus Supervooc and other phone chargers. They light up the green lights which move slowly, but they dont charge the batteries. The only charger that works is my 130W laptop charger, is this safe to use, as manual says to use 60 to 100W charger? This one makes the green lights move faster too.

Yes
The Batteries will handle it just fine. The battery will draw no more than its needs to charge if thats what you are concerned with..

Does anybody else have this problem? Sometimes I don't have my laptop with me when I use my drone, I'm wondering why no phone charger works.
Most phone chargers will do only 12V. The hub requires 19-20V at 3.25+ amps.

Your best bet is to buy a power bank. I prefer the ones by Anker, but there are others. Follow this link to see the one I use. I caught it on sale during Black Friday.

It does charge the batteries. Just takes forever. Mine took three days! Have bought a 140W charger that works great.

I have charged mine a few times with my 20W Apple charger quite successfully. It is interesting how the lights move more slowly, it is a good charge-rate indicator! But yes, it takes quite a long time. I use a 65W UGREEN charger when I am in a hurry, and the 20W when they just need topping up, or I have plenty of time. Batteries charged at a slower rate so that they don't heat up makes them last longer. How significant for these I have no idea :)

Ditto with the white Apple iPhone plugs. Found it adequate for fast charging Mini 3 Pro batteries in fly mode hub.

Just before Christmas I bought an official DJI 65W portable charger which charges the batteries in the Air 3s fly more hub three times faster.

I’m the same with the 100w charger - concerned about shortening the lifespan of the Air 3S batteries hence going for the 65W.

I use a 140w Anker and also a power bank. Both work great for me.

Have you compared the charging rate of this 140W with the DJI 65W (or any other decent 65W charger)? Most devices will only take up to a certain amount. It is likely that it only takes 65W or so from the 140W charger. Going higher should not damage the drone, it will only take it at the rate it can take. Buying one decent charger that can feed your hungriest device makes it the most versatile. DJI will ensure that the battery will not be 'damaged' with a fast charge, but lithium batteries will give more cycles if charged slowly to avoid heat.

How many charges do you get from a power bank? I have one but have not tried it with the charging hub.

How many charges do you get from a power bank? I have one but have not tried it with the charging hub. That would depend on what powerbank you have. In my case I carry several batteries. All I ever need to charge is one while flying on another one. My geustimation would be 2.5 to 3 on mine.

I get well over 65 w. It is in the 95w range. I don't know the exact number of hand.

Cool, that sounds useful. Mine is 20,000 mAh I think, so should be good for charging around 4 batteries if it really does have that capacity :-). The Air 3s battery is stated: Capacity: 4276 mAh
Do they charge reasonably fast from the power bank?

Great, if the batteries will accept 95W, then 65W is not pushing them too fast. Sounds like a great compromise. Thanks!

UGreen 160W here. No issues and fast too when you're charging more than just your drone batteries.

I have purchased LDNIO 100 Watts changer, it shows how much volts and current it is drawing so, here r my findings
1. If I charge using the drone, it draws around 60 whatts. (3Amps at 20Volts)
2. If I use charging hub of FlyMoreCombo (FMC) it draws exactly 5Amps at 20Volts (100watts) and then gradually falls down to 60 watts when 3 bars are full (75%) and drops even more after that.

So I really like this LDNIO charger, bought their car charger also, both giving me 100 Watts speed and tops up all my 3 totally empty batteries in 1.5 hrs max

I just figured out that the problem is the short cable (or any other normal cable) that came with the drone. It does not charge the batteries in the drone battery hub, or it takes a full day or two. The same with other 'fast' charging cables.

I just tried the INIU 240W fast charging cord, and even my 65W charger works with the hub now.

Before, only my laptop charger would work with the hub. I don't know if I got a faulty DJI cable or if its designed to be with way, which I doubt.
