28mm EQ is meant as "equivalent of 28mm on full-frame sensor"?

im about to decide which beast to buy and its not easy at all
i need to know - when mavic says in specs "28mm EQ" foir the camera - is that meant as "equivalent of 28mm on full-frame sensor"?

(The zoom version i like more because of its focal lenght adjustability, but all other specs i prefer from the 2 Pro...)

If you get the Mavic 2 Pro with the 1" CMOS Sensor you can of course zoom in on an image in post processing.

Or you could also use the zoom function that I use on my Mavic 2 Pro by pushing the right stick forward. I am only half kidding.

OP please let us know which one you decide to buy and why. At one point I would like to upgrade my gen 1 mavic to gen 2.

As long as there have been cameras, there have been foot powered zooms.
