3D Mapping Software recommendations

I would like to attempt to use my MP to do some 3d mapping. Can someone recommend software for me? I am running my Samsung 7 edge. I am going to be using the Mavic is some remote areas. My clients will give me an area where I am working and I would like to do some 3d mapping which could help me develop operation plans and increase efficiency. I don't want to commit much money at this point, but if it becomes an effective tool I could look into more professional grade software. If someone knows of a introductory level app/software to dip my toes into 3d mapping it would be greatly appreciated. cheers.

Also DroneDeploy works well. Tough it is a cloud service it also has a trial and a free version.
