I've just bought a DJI and Mavic Pro how do I change the settings to 4k

You go into the camera settings and click on Video Size

Be sure you have everything powered on or it won't stick.

Speaking of which... what is a good program aside from Adobe Premiere for editing 4k( without breaking the bank) . I am an experienced editor but dont wish to “rent” premiere just for drone footage. I usually just shoot my projects in HD and export to BluRay. Thanks for suggestions

I use Powerdirector for video and Lightroom for stills. There are several free ones out there that folks like, Gimp for stills and DaVinci for video for example.
