5D button

Hi guys and gals. I have recently bought a Mavic 2 Pro, Iam unable to use the 5D control as it simply does not work on the Drone, but it does allow me to scroll through and open settings on the controller and as stated will not work with my Mavic Pro.
Can anyone advise ?

Hmmm, I don't have those issues with my SC. Will check tonight.

Thanks I appreciate any advice on this. I am a new owner of the smart controller and wondering if I have locked the function that links the SC to the Drone
