Can't log into account to unlock distance and altitude on Neo

Hi there wondering if anyone can help, I have a registerd account but I can not log into it when asked to log in. The controller is working fine and it says I have the lastest updates on firmware. When I to log in before flying all I get i the endless circle of death and I never get logged on. Thanks for any advise.

Can you logon and fly using just a phone and no controller?
What type of controller?

Using your phone or a computer, go to www.dji.com and confirm you are able to logon to your account (make sure your logon and password are valid). After that, make sure your controller is connected to wifi with solid internet access.

Try another Wifi or use your phone as a hotspot. I have the same issue with updates sometimes
