A Cable question....

I have a Mavic 2 and use the standard Remote Controller. The purchase of a refurbished iPad Mini 4 is in my future pretty soon. For those that actually fly the Mavic 2 and use the Mini 4, what is the best cable to obtain for this combination. I'm thinking full size USB to a Lightning connector?? Are there right angle connectors for this? How about length?
