Good idea to fly out of the garden! That´s what I did with my Foggy Day video. All the drone shots where made sitting on a bench in my garden. ?The grund based shots where made in the near surroundings of my tiny village, population 45 and no lockdown, no shops, nothing except cows and some chickens ? here we are really very happy, the next village is about 4km away! You should try it to start from the garden, it´s easy and you can go to many places which are in the lockdown...Do not fly too low ? If you have the mini at an altitude of about 50meters no one can see it and no one can hear it ?
