A short winter video from my home town in Norway with my Air.
Not so many flights yet so gimbal/drone movement is not that smooth

Yes, it takes practice, and the cold doesn't help. I've been making videos for a few years now, and I'm just getting it figured out. I'm no expert, but I try to make gradual camera/drone moves, by holding which ever control is required in a fixed position throughout the scene. I also video through the scene I'm trying for, then go back and edit clips together, eliminating the abrupt movements. Of course that requires editing software. I use Adobe Premier Elements, Windows Movie Maker was simpler, but it didn't come on my newer computer. Here is my You Tube channel if you care to check out my "progress" . David Zimagery. I've got a lot of non drone stuff on there, so you have to sort through it. You certainly have some beautiful subject matter to practice on.
If it's that beautiful during the winter I can only imagine how summer must look there
Thanks for sharing. Last winter I spent three weeks cross country skiing in Norway - had a great time. Very friendly people.
Wow...That road through town...must be tough commuting with all that traffic ! HA !...Beautiful little town...is it sunRISE or sunset ? I assume that this video was taken recently and i wonder when Spring arrives there...How long is the town it covered in snow during the season ? When does it start and end ?Either way...BEAUTIFUL..well done + thank You for such a glorious glimpse of your town...i believe that you would get the shakes just walking down the street in my town..Trucks blowing their horns ...Traffic jams...but still good people here and i am sure..There...Thanks for the look...Loved it !
