For commercial work, I’m sometimes asked to label streets or buildings. I can do this in Affinity Photo on my iPad, but it’s a little tedious and not that great. Is there an app that can do this quickly and more intuitively than Affinity?

Do you only use an iPad or do you have a Mac or PC ?
Almost any photo editing software will let you add text in any position on a photograph.
The only thing I know about iPads is that I hate them so can’t help wit an app.

I try to do everything on iPad. I use LumaFusion for video, while my still shot editing is done with the built-in editor, Snapseed and Affinity.

I edit all images with Photoshop CC 2020 and save DMG (RAW) files to SD card. Of course Photoshop has unlimited text possibilities.

I found a nice little quick and dirty app called Phonto that does exactly what I need. Free with ads or $3.99 ad-free.
