Active Track - Reduced Height and Distance from object

Hi guys
Looking to find a way to fly lower and closer while in one of the Active Tracking modes.
Any (useful) info welcome

I don't recall the specifics, but you do need to be a certain distance away to select a target for active track. Once set, you can move closer manually and it should continue tracking.

A word of caution; low and close can lead to a crash using active track. The Mavic usually ends up traveling a bit sideways (or even backward) rendering the anti-collision sensors useless. YouTube is loaded with crash videos while using active track.
