I have filmed the fireworks again this year at a small community in a rural area of New York. The location is next to a state forest so there are woods in all directions. The challenge here is it is pitch black with no reference to the ground or what you are looking at with the camera. You can spot tiny specks of light which are other fireworks miles away in the valley below as I am at about 350' AGL (2050' ASL) during most of the video. The end where it goes crazy was a miscalculation on my part as I didn't realize there were 2 people lighting the cakes. That was a 2' square cake that went off almost under the drone. You can see me backing out of it quickly. (I filmed this with my Mavic Air which is my goto drone for portability, also YT did not provide a 4K version even though I uploaded it in 4K)
