Ran into my first problem. When I take off using the Take Off App on the DJI Go it goes up the usual 8 feet +/- and hovers until I command it to go. Today as it went up and hovered it turned right about 45 degrees and hovered. I am pretty sure it is calibrated correctly. Any thoughts or ideas?

Welcome to the club. Search around, plenty of discussions on that particular issue.

Thanks - I think I found the answer here:

I think the solution is:
  • Calibrate the compass far away from any metallic, rock or electronic devices
  • Calibrate your controller (while disconnected to your craft)
  • Calibrate your proximity sensors with a computer with the DJI Assistant
I think I might have gooned it up by being a retard and not remembering to remove the gimbal cover before turning it on

Nice looking Dog..
Thanks brother - I just had to put him down in May. He blew both his acl's out at different times chasing deer. After several operations trying to get them repaired the arthritis set in and he finally couldn't get up. He was the best German Shepherd you could ever ask for. I made a Tribute for him to honor his unconditional love for me and to help me find peace . . .

Well after doing the 3 calibrations last night and testing it this morning the problem seems to be fixed. New problem is I crashed it twice this morning doing a soft 2 obstacles "Muscle Up" shot. No damage done except my props. Added new props and back in business. Video's coming :)
