Mavic 3 classic. No crashes. If I take off straight up and hover. Then slowly turn drone on axis the horizon changes from level to about 4 degrees off as it goes around then back to level

Having experience from building gimbals ypur issue would indicate to me that the positioning sensor in the camera housing is slightly skewed on the PC board. If gimbal calibration on a level surface does not fix the issue the only option is to send your drone in for repair/replacement.
