Post taking video and pictures is there any info i can extract from the file of the setting when i take the video or info so i can learn from my errors or see how to improve ?

In Windows, right-click on the file you've recorded/shot. Go to "Properties". Go to the tab "Details". You'll see all the settings and relevant data for more than you need.
