OK, I found that, my Otterbox case on my Samsung S20+ was too thick to accommodate the stock DJI USB-C cable, and it wasn't making a connection. I removed the case, and it worked.

I'm chillin, appreciate it though.
It's tough to get it to fit with my Spigen case, on my ultra, but it works. I just hate taking my case off every time I want to fly. It wears it out too fast
I'm going to use the cable that came with the Samsung phone. The connector is long enough on both ends to work with the case on. It's a long cable, but it does the job.
