Air 2s gimbal issues

I will keep this short and to the point. I crashed my Air 2s and had to replace the middle body. For anyone who does not know, it requires full disassembly of the drone. Everything went back together as planned, including the desolder and desolder of the board. NOW HERE IS THE ISSUE. When I start the drone, it goes through its start up process and connects to the remote. The gimbal also moves and goes through its process. When it stops, the camera is slightly off center and it says 'gimbal stuck.' I do not see any visible issues causing it to stick and it moves freely by hand. The drone operates perfectly, other than not being able to operate the gimbal. All connections seem to be good and the gimbal does move during connection. What am I missing? I am hoping it is an issue someone has come across and is an easy fix.

Note: All software is up to date.

You need to calibrate that gimble with Python-See below:

JointCoures moves the gimbal to its extremities and records the data.
LinearHall then centres the gimbal within the extremities.
