I have the Air 2s was wondering if the Air 3 was worth the upgrade. Is the main camera on the air 3 better than the 2s?

Try a forum search, this has been discussed quite a bit.

In short, this is subjective. There are objective characteristics of the sensors and imaging pipeline that can, and are argued about incessantly, but in the end some think the A3 is as good or better, some insist the A2S is.

From an aircraft standpoint, there's little argument the A3 is a big step forward, and the dual camera feature is generally praised.

No, that would not be a good reason for the upgrade, the Better overall design of the drone is the Air 3 and the longer flight time and a more secure battery is also a plus but the Camera on the Air 2s is Great.
