Air 2S - Will not go into record mode or zoom

Hi, I have about 20 flights and its been working perfectly. On the last flight the zoom stopped working. Once landed I also noticed it would not go into record mode. I have upgraded the firmware and reformatted the onboard SD card.
Any help is appreciated.

It might help to know which model of aircraft you're working with. I can move this to the correct section but gotta know what we're working on here.
