Air 2S with DJI RC Lagggggg Issue

Had my Air 2S out yesterday for what I had hoped was a little photo and video capture at a small marina. Push up, down, forward, backward. It would lag off the bat. Standing under it, 10 feet away, 20, etc. Makes the drone almost unflyable. It has good moments, but just as many bad.

I have flown there before with numerous drones, I’ve never experienced what I did yesterday - the video feed on my DJI RC was lagging pretty bad.

Is there any way to look at any logs of the flights that would show this info? It happened in different places, close to me and further away. RC signal strength never dropped below full signal strength.

You’ll have to wait for one of our excellent tech guys to interpret the logs, but in the meantime there’s a setting under “Control” that adjusts stick sensitivity. You might want to check that out in case it inadvertently got changed. There is the capability of setting these parameters up separately for each of the three speed settings on your controller.

Thanks for the info. I was doing some looking outside the forum here and saw/read something about the DJI RC not doing well if it gets hot because of not having an internal fan, which adds up in my situation because I did have it in my car before flying and it was pretty warm in the car.

Going to do a flight test to see if it’s not an issue coming from a/c house. Thanks again!
