Both images are exact in measurements.
Both are set at 4:3 aspect ratio
The only difference is the field of view

The images below had to be resized to 60% to meet the forum maximum file size.

That is a significant difference. I'll talk with my real estate agents to get some feed back. I normally shoot in 16:9 aspect ratio. I would love to see the difference with that.

The 16:9 aspect can be changed in post. It basically is a cropped version. I primarily shoot commercial real estate, but when I do residential real estate I usually create three versions of the images.
1. Original
2. 16:9
3. For MLS Listing guidelines I use their rule of 1024x768

The client has the ability to use them for their website, MLS listings Social Media, etc.
