Air 3s Gimbal Overload warning and now Gimbal Stuck

Have you swapped out the standard filter with either an ND or wide angle lens before or has it had a standard lens protector on it since new?
I changed to an ND 8 before my first flight a couple of weeks ago. Have not changed it since.

Gimbal stuck is a bad gimbal PTZ signal cable or Ribbon cable. On the mini 3’s they are notorious for yaw channel failures. You can’t even see anything wrong with the cable but it fails on the test board. I don’t know about trends for the Air 3’s yet. Find a local DJI authorized repair shop. It should not need to be sent in to DJI and bother with all the customs garbage.

The wide angle lens is MUCH heavier than a filter. The first time I attached mine the drone started throwing "gimbal overload" warnings every few seconds, then it settled down and hasn't done it since.
If you have the WA on it when you shut it down, the weight is enough to make the camera point downward.

It would make no difference as it is completely irrelevant. He might as well have told you to install a diferent sd card, try flying the drone with the arms folded, wear a tshirt that says kick me on the back while flying or duct tape the gimbal in place to fix it. See my previous post above. You need to replace your signal cable. I have swapped so many signal cables on so many DJI drones. It is a weak link.
