Digging the forum, I found its finally easy to carry a mavic on board.
Just wondering why some tiny nail scissors, even the small file of a nail cutters are often a "huge" problem (may be a little paranoid world...), while sharp carbon fiber (removable) propellers, are not.
...just a consideration.

Oh, even the long finger nails of some women might be a security problem... :D

The last time I flew was at least 10 years ago, with all the hassle of flying these days, I'd rather drive. As an example of how idiotic the TSA is, the last time I flew they confiscated my nail clippers and the gift shop INSIDE SECURITY was selling them.
