Aircraft motor overloaded

Hi folks first time in here. I've crashed my drone today, not crashed by me, an eagle hitted it sooooo i'm looking for some help.
Camera is working, video is working, but is gimbal is not moving. It goes crazy, it makes kind of a scratchy sound with the stabilization plate but now is fixed.
The only thing that seems weird is that extra cable over there as you'll see on the photo.
Any idea of how could i solve it? It seems like it should be a stupid thing but i'm more stupid than it haha

Can you take more pictures. It's hard to see which cables youre talking about.
