Aircraft not connecting but rc is!

2nd time using mavic air, on app saying drone is missing!
Gimbal workin, all lights coming on but no camera feed!
Have changed lightening cables, switched off and on, all firmware is latest updates, please any help would be fantastic, many thanks

Has the drone got switched into WiFi mode rather than RC???

Not sure what device you are using? Had the same problem using an Android tablet. Never resolved the issue. Switched to my Android phone and all is good.

What type of samsung tablet do you use?

Mine was a Tab 7 (only 8 gb) with a 64 gb sd thought it should work. Returned it the next day. Too bad, because it fits the controller perfectly.

I used samsung tab S2 8" with android 7.1 on it.
To connect with the RC, have to use 'special' procedure. I have to shutdown completly the tab, connect USB to 'off' RC. Turn on start with the AC, then the RC, until they are connected, then the Tab. It will asking the USB connection to DJI Go 4, answer yes. If there is no questions on USB, we have to restart the Tab with USB connected. After connected, it will run the app normaly. I hope it help
