Aircraft sensitivity

I have just got a mavic pro.( 1st drone)
When flying out of beginner mode the response is very "aggresive". What options should I choose to have a smooth flight. And braking without that sudden jerk. Thanks

Check the switch on the right side of the controller, make sure it isn't in sport mode.

try this vid. there are others but you can get an idea of what can be adjusted

It's not in sport mode. There's settings in the app but I don't know what is what
