I was peaking around in the spark forums and someone mentioned if you use a phone you should always fly in airplane mode because if you get a call or notification, you can lose connection to the bird. Maybe i've been lucky that this has never happened to me but are they right? If using a phone should it always be in airplane mode?

I usually fly in do not disturb. A call can interrupt your flight for sure, I've had it happen before -__-

An incoming call won't do anything. Just decline the call and launch Go again and it will pop right back up.

I exit go all the time to check a message or launch Hangar 360 and go right back in.

But flying in airplane mode is a good idea to stop DJI snooping and ****** updates.
