DJI Fly App recording when offline?

I've been using DJI Fly since 2016 or so and this is the first time this has ever occurred. Out of the blue I started getting notifications on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) and when I opened the drop down this is what I saw. This has NEVER happened before and I can't imagine what/why the app would be recording. Obviously I'm not flying, no drones are even on, so I'm at a loss as to what's going on.

Has anyone ever seen this before? Any ideas what might be going on?

Clear your devices cache
Your device is having problems saving a low-res video to the controller..Your onboard SD is not effected.

Not sure what you're referring to. What device? As I said, no drones were operational when this was happening so there should be no cache issues.
