It seems that there is some sort of restriction, that seems to go on for a couple of months over a very large in North Yorkshire coast . question does this apply to my sub 250g drone, attached pdf giving details .

The notice is about an upcoming aerial survey to be done 16000 feet up.
It's not going to have any effect on your drone flying.
