Altitude data, Google Earth Pro contra Litchi Mission Hub

Just how accurate is the altitude data on Google Earth Pro and Litchi mission Hub? I have compared the two and get very different data. I find Google Earth Pro to be more accurate. See attached jpegHeight test.jpg
 
You will have to be more specific. If the yellow numbers are GE ground elevation and the red numbers are waypoint height above takeoff location then the relationship between them is indeterminate. How did you set the waypoint altitudes?
 
I ran a litchi mission using their Mission Hub with altitude data activated to get the waypoint altitudes.
 
I would expect the litchi altitude data to "follow" the same height variation shown by GE .
 
I did not save the mission which I created only to compare altitude data between GE and LMH.
